tonight my daring culinary experiment will be to use oyster sauce instead of soy sauce in the lamb fried rice
hmm nope i don't like oyster sauce here, it's too... sweet? or maybe i used too much π€ gonna try adding more soy sauce to fix it
broccoli, cauliflower, carrots (i cheated, these were frozen), brown rice (ran out of white rice), gluten-free oyster sauce (i shoudn't have used this), gluten-free soy sauce, ground lamb, salt, pepper. the last time i did this, without the oyster sauce, it was perfect
