You could decide to specialize in email marketing for health and fitness companies (gyms, products, coaches, trainers, etc).
Then you have a clear target audience and reason for them to hire you as opposed to a general marketer

1. You have a clear niche so you can start reaching out to health/fitness companies.
2. You can create specific content that will appeal to those people and attract them.
For example…

Then send it to trainers for free or promote it targeting them with an ad.
If they like what they see and want help doing it, they’ll hire you.
