You can do Pilates at home for free. You don’t need the machine and you don’t need to pay $300 a month for a few classes. YouTube. My favorite Pilates instructor on YouTube is isawelly. Her energy is radiant and she meets you where you are at. She’s very encouraging
She has classes for everyone. Beginning classes, harder advanced classes, she also has barre classes I love. All at home for free. It’s not easy because it’s at home. Just keep your core still while doing the movements. Look her up and you’ll know what I mean by radiant energy
It’s just more accessible than you think.
She also has classes for pregnant mums and postpartum mums :) she really has classes for everyone. Up beat faster classes, more relaxing ones etc

I’m not saying you are wrong for paying money for classes. This is simply just an option to those who don’t want to pay. That’s all :) pay if you want. But this is just an option to those who can’t afford it or can’t justify paying for it.
