Day 2: MK7 + manuka honey +AC
Day 3: Candida support + magnesium + potassium
Day 4: Kelp + cinnamon extract
Day 5: Kelp + zeolites
Day 6: Candida support + mastic
Day 7: off

Diet wise: Meat, berries, shellfish, greens prepared in a certain way (i wasted literally 2 years of recovery by fearing greens), certain oils, raw honey.
