The problem with people is, they like cutting corners. If you want to lose weight: (1) watch what you eat—eat healthy. No junks, no added sugar, no sugary drinks. Prioritize proteins. Eats vegs and non-sugary fruits. No late night eating. Do intermittent fasting. (2) workout.
Exercise. Lift weight. Take long walks.
(3) Time.
Give yourself time. No take you didn’t become fat in one day. It’s stage by stage. You have to trust the process and keep showing up each day. You will definitely see results.
