6 Effective Testosterone Meals On A Budget
Inflation is a problem 📈
Organic/grass fed foods are expensive 💲
The good news is that you can get to high T without spending a fortune, here's six specific examples ⬇
✅Red Curry Mussels
Packed with zinc, selenium, omega 3, and extremely low in calories, this meal is also VERY time efficient (10 mins total).
✅Roasted Chicken Leg W Potatoes
This meal was very cost-friendly, has tons of zinc, protein, olive oil, garlic, and was tasty af.
✅Chicken Drumsticks
Similar benefits to the above, except a little more time efficient, and possibly even cheaper.
✅Mussels With Tomato & Pesto
Again: delicious & time/cost effective.
If you go easy on the sauce, the calories are ridiculously low.
✅Mediterranean Meatballs
Ground beef can be bought in bulk very cheaply from Costco, and you've got unlimited meal options from this.
Mediterranean Meatballs being one of them.
Very nutrient dense, with plenty of garlic in the Tzatziki side dish.
✅Liver & Bacon W Onion
One of the best all round nutrient dense meals on this list - an absolute killer. Cheap af too.
All three of the main ingredients will boost your T for different reasons. This meal is a great excuse to just pile the onions on.
A few notes here guys:
- These meals aren't difficult to make
- They don't take much time
- They don't cost much money
Your problem is that although you KNOW cooking is crucial, you're too lazy to do it. But I'd argue that 800-1200 T is well worth it.
