Fructose Corn Syrup. Refined Vegertable Oil.
Schezwan. Green Chilli .
The average Pizza/Pasta sauce and the average Tomato Ketchup.
Sugar. Refined Sunflower Oil.
Preservatives.
You can't go wrong with whole foods.
Yogurt. Butter. Herbs. Spices. Animal Fat are some of the tastiest foods and serve the purpose better than the above store bought poison laced stuff that sneaks into our nutrition.
Avoiding the non sense on your plate is half the battle won.
