1. Work on the basics (to the best of your ability) - if you don't work on these then using supplements and other therapies will be futile.
The basics also improve immunity, modulates inflammation, and reduce the risk of cancers.
1a. Most people are micronutrient deficient in more than one vitamin/mineral. Stress, both psychological and physiological can further deplete other vitamin and minerals.
Two common deficiencies and two of the most important mineral/vitamins are:
- Magnesium
- Vitamin C
Magnesium is involved as a cofactor in more than 300 enzyme systems, and it is believed that over 3000 human proteins bind to Mg+2. This vital mineral is involved in such fundamental processes as energy production and DNA synthesis.
Vitamin C mainly functions either as an antioxidant or as a cofactor in enzymatic reactions.
Other deficiencies to tackle I include in the book include:
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin B6
- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin E
- Iron (but it's a little more complex with iron)
- Omega 3s
- Selenium
- Zinc
- Vitamin D
1b. The B vitamins are important especially if you have a MTHFR gene mutation and/or increased homocysteine levels.
MTHFR variations affect B6, B12 and B9 metabolism and increases homocysteine levels predisposing people to heart disease and other conditions.
Supraphysiologic methylfolate, vitamins B6, B2 and B12 supplementation may help counteract high homocysteine levels.
This must be supplemented alongside a healthy diet and lifestyle.
1c. Improve mitochondrial health.
All vitamins and minerals will help here too.
We are bioenergetic beings, improve energy flow and improve health.
Both melatonin and ketone bodies not only act as anti-inflammatory agents but upregulate ATP production and protect the mitochondria.

I'd think to eat more ketogenically too to upregulate autophagy.

Other than autophagy, inhibiting spike protein cleavage and inhibiting spike protein binding have been put forward as ways to mitigate spike damage.
Here various compounds have shown to be promising.
Luteolin has also been shown to reduce viral genome replication, be a potential modulator of the spike protein, and bind to the RBD of the virus.
Green tea epigallocatechin-3-gallate
Curcumin
Oroxylin A
NAC
Cordycepin
Ivermectin
Nattokinase was shown the ability to degrade spike proteins, but its use may primarily be in aid with anti-clotting.
The things mentioned thus far have primarily focused on improving ones baselines and trying to degrade and clear the spike.
It must be noted that human trials are lacking.
Sauna may help to remove abnormal proteins, dissociate protein aggregates, stabilise misfolded proteins, and help sequester misfolded proteins.
