The BIGGEST organ in your body that you've never heard of:
Your FASCIA is a layer of connective tissue that sits just underneath your skin.
It's made of collagen and wraps around your muscles and internal organs.
Some have even asked the question:
Do we really have 600 different muscles?
Or do we have 1 muscle broken into 600 fascial pockets?
Your fascia acts like a hydraulic pump that helps you move water and electrolytes throughout your body.
It also produces energy through friction.
Hydration & energy are directly related to the movement of your fascia.
When you move & stretch your fascia:
It moves water & electrolytes like NaCl (salt) around.
And you break the bonds of the electrolyte molecules to release energy.
So what's the key takeaway?
Your fascia covers you from head to toe and plays a major role in both HYDRATION & ENERGY.
But it can't work properly if you don't prioritize MOVEMENT.
