Modern medicine isn't designed to prevent insulin resistance.
It's designed to treat the symptoms once the patient is at an advanced stage (such as Type 2 diabetes).
It's up to you to protect your insulin.
Exercise will help you reverse insulin resistance.
If you can't find time or motivation to exercise:
Set a 60-minute timer on your phone during the day.
Every time it goes off → do 2 minutes of jumping jacks.
Adds up to 15-20 minutes every day.
Fasting / Caloric Restriction will help you reverse insulin resistance.
If you struggle with eating around the clock:
Every day → push your first meal back 30 minutes until you're in a 6-8 hour window.
