Your days are won or lost in the morning.
Here's the 7 keys to a high-performance morning routine:
1) Wake up early
Get up before the world's bullshit has a chance to distract you.
This gives you extra time to:
• Plan your day
• Meditate
• Exercise
Set your alarm for 30 minutes earlier than usual and gradually work your way up to an earlier wake-up time.
2) Move your ass
Physical activity in the morning helps to:
• Improve your mood
• Boost your energy levels
• Increase your productivity
You can do this by going for a run, doing yoga, or even just taking a walk around your neighborhood.
No fucking excuses.
3) Mindfulness practice
Practice mindfulness through:
• Journaling
• Meditation
• Deep breathing
This helps you reduce stress, increase focus, and set intentions for the day.
Start with a few minutes each morning and gradually increase the time day by day.
4) Eat a healthy breakfast
A nutritious breakfast provides your body (and brain) with the fuel it needs.
Include a mix of
• Protein
• Healthy fats
• Complex carbs
Smoothies with greek yogurt, berries, and protein powder are fucking gold for this.
5) Plan and prioritize your day
