Bryan Johnson's $2,000,000 anti-aging Blueprint has been going viral recently.
He's reduced his rate of aging to the equivalent of a 10-year-old.

It aims to measure all 78 organs of his body and then reverse the biological age of each.
Bryan reduced his epigenetic age by 5.1 years in 7 months by following it.
How does it work?
Step 1: Meal Prep.
3 meals daily:
1. Super Veggie.
2. Nutty Pudding.
3. A third that varies and consists of vegetables, nuts, seeds, and berries.
Upon waking: The Green Giant
8 oz of water
Spermidine, 2 Tbsp chlorella powder, yielding 13.5mg spermidine
Amino Complex 7.6 g
Creatine 2.5 g
Collagen Peptides 20 g
Cocoa Flavanols 500 mg
Ceylon Cinnamon 1 tsp
Morning pills
Super Veggie:
Black lentils, 300 grams
Broccoli, 250 grams
Cauliflower. 150 grams
Shiitake or Maitake Mushrooms, 50 grams
Garlic, 1 clove
Ginger Root, 3 grams
Lime, 1
Cumin, 1 Tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tbsp
Hemp Seeds, 1 Tbsp
Nutty Pudding:
50 mL Malk Almond Milk
3 Tbsp ground macadamia nuts
2 tsp of ground walnuts
1 tsp of ground flaxseed
1/2 brazil nut
1 Tbsp non dutched cocoa
1 tsp sunflower lecithin
1/2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
1 cup berries
3 cherries
2 oz freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
Examples Third Meals:
Step 2: Supplements.
Bryan takes about 25 pills every day.
Step 3: Track progress.
Bryan has had 100s of measurements taken.
Some are standard, such as biofluids and fitness scores.
Some are advanced, such as MRI and ultrasound.
And some uncommon, such as lungs, nerves, hearing, and intestinal tract.
But the blueprint is more than food and supplements.
It's also a combination of daily exercise, great sleep, and a skincare routine.
Fitness.
Bryan works out 1 hs every day.
Scores:
- Bench press single rep max, 240lbs, top 10% of 18-year-olds
- VO2 max 58.7 mL/(kg·min), top 1.5% of 18 year olds
- Leg press, single rep max. 800 lbs
- Push-ups: 60
- YMCA sit and reach, 26.5 in.

Skincare routine.
Daily protocol:
- Face wash
- Other active creams
- Vit C, E, ferulic, B3, azelaic etc
- Cerave am face

- Tretinoin .1%

Oral Health.
- Daily protocol:
- Brush with Braun Oral-B for 2 min (am/pm)
- Water pik (am/pm)

- Tea tree oil rinse
- CoQ10 gel
Results:
- Improved plaque index to 63.6%.
- Gingival index and calculus index scoring 0, the lowest possible.
Sleep Health.
The most important health/wellness practice. These are the things that work for Bryan:
- Blacked-out room
- Same bedtime daily
- Sleep alone
- Blue light blocking glasses
- 1 hr downtime before bed
- Temp controlled mattress
