Here are some supplements that could potentially benefit your health.
Thread🧵
Disclaimer: I hate 99% of supplements more than i hate the fact that Griggs does not ship outside of the US.
BUT, that being said, certain supplements could potentially benefit your health IF you use them the right way so let’s check them out.
First of all, when it comes to supplements quality matters quite a lot.
Avoid any supplement with the following additives:
1. Silicon dioxide
2. Titanium dioxide
3. Gums
4. Artificial colorings such as red 40, blue 2, yellow 5
5. Polyethylene
6. Magnesium silicate
7.…
Now a question that will come up if a person tries to avoid these will be (because he or she will realize that they are in 99% of supplements) “are they that bad?”.
To which the answer is yes.
Here are a few basic examples of how they can harm our health:…
Now let’s move on to the supplements that could help your health and standard disclaimer that this does not constitute medical advice.
Number 1: Grass fed beef gelatin.
I'm going to mention this one first because i truly consider it one of the most powerful "supplements" out…
Number 2: Shilajit.
Note: A LOT of shilajit brands have heavy metals in them so in case you choose to get yourself some, pay special attention to its quality (@erikjasperkier has a good one).
In case you don't know what Shilajit even is, it is a black resin found mostly in…
@erikjasperkier Number 3: Pine pollen.
Pine pollen is good for increasing testosterone WITHOUT increasing estrogen (lots of compounds that will increase testosterone will also increase estrogen) which means that it should NOT be consumed for weeks on end because it WILL tank your libido.
It…

Lion's mane can help you with:

@erikjasperkier Number 5: Cordyceps.
Note: Start with a VERY small dose since it can drop your blood sugar very fast*
Cordyceps is amazing for performance. It improves the way our bodies use oxygen, reduces bone loss, has anti-aging properties, improves kidney function, skyrockets libido and…

@erikjasperkier Number 7: Ginkgo biloba
Ginkgo is geat for eyesight, awesome antioxidant, lowers excessive serotonin, boosts dopamine, great for hair loss, libido, fertility and thyroid health.
@erikjasperkier Number 8: Boron
Boron, helps our bodies metabolize vitamins and minerals, has a key role in bone health and brain health, lowers excessive estrogen and SHBG, boosts free and total testosterone levels, extends the half life of vitamin D, and removes sodium fluoride.
@erikjasperkier Number 9: Brewer’s yeast
This is one of my favorite sources for thiamine (B1) and riboflavin (B2) both of which are crucial for things such as helping the body's cells change carbohydrates into energy, muscle contraction, conduction of nerve signals, are essential for the…
@erikjasperkier Number 10: Whole food vitamin E

@erikjasperkier Number 11: M. blue
Methylene blue increases NAD/NADH ratio (one of the reasons why it was used to treat schizophrenia), increases the number of mitochondria, is a great antioxidant, it stimulates glucose metabolism and increases oxygen in brain cells.
It is a great short term…
@erikjasperkier Number 12: Lactoferrin
A great tool to promote the growth of certain probiotic strains, while inhibiting the growth of pathogens, it can also help our immune system, bones, address unbound iron and help with bile metabolism among other things.
@erikjasperkier Number 13: TUDCA
Some benefits: Liver protection, kidney protection, better digestion of fats, improved eye sight and in some cases it can help support the brain.

@erikjasperkier That was pretty much it.
In my opinion, using almost any other supplement if you haven’t tried these out is a waste of your money since the ROI of these is so high.
Also, you should obviously NOT rely on supplements.
