How to stop being tired and lazy forever:
Fix your lifestyle:
- Sleep 7-8hrs/day
- Drink 3-4l water/day
- Walk 8-10k steps every day
- Get 30-40min Sunlight/day
- Lift heavy weights 4-5X a week
- Walk barefoot on the ground more
- No alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes
- More protein. Less sugar and processed food
Affirmations & Visualizations & Mantras mean nothing if you don't fix your lifestyle first.
You can use them as a supplement.
But you can't replace them with real work.
Start your day with a bang
- Drink a glass of water
- 20 pull-ups & 50 pushups
- No screen at the start of the day
- Get Sun and breath some fresh air
- Make the Superman pose
- Meditate/Journal/Read
- Eat a fruit
Almost impossible to feel lazy during the day.
Get organized
If your table is dirty
If your bed is not done
If your room is all cluttered up
How on earth will you be inspired to do any damn thing?
Move your lazy a$$ and first organize your damn environment.
Garbage outside will translate to garbage inside.
Dress properly
This is a counterintuitive life hack but works like a charm.
If you feel lazy to work while at home...
Go and wear a 3-piece suit with formal shoes.
Your laziness would go out the window.

Eliminate negative self-talk
Whether you believe it or not...
The things you say to yourself are more powerful than you think.
If you catch yourself speaking ill about yourself or indulging in self-loathing
Stop yourself right then and there.
It's not helping you.
Prepare a to-do list
Stop mentally exhausting yourself trying to decide what to do.
Take a pen and a paper and write down the top 3 tasks for the day.
Not 15. Not 25. Just 3. The top 3.
Write them down and do them one by one.
Don't wait for motivation
You have it all reversed.
You don't act because you are motivated.
You become motivated once you start acting.
So go take the smallest action possible right now.
Do what you love
Do you feel lazy hanging out with your buddies?
Do you feel lazy playing your favorite sport?
Of course not right!
You feel lazy to do something you don't actually wanna do but are pressured to do.
So find out your calling and immerse yourself into it.
Screw perfectionism
Don't let perfectionism become an enemy of the good.
Many people become lazy because they don't think it's the "perfect time" or the "perfect opportunity" to act.
Well spoiler alert: "IT WILL NEVER BE PERFECT."
So you might as well start right now.
