Like the Red Room, people just disappear from the Glass Box Room with no explanation: consider the disappearing of the security guard, below, between the 1st & 2nd GBR sequences of Part 1. (Fwiw, note the beard & framing of the guard are also evocative of Philip Gerard...)

Indeed, the exit of Tracey from the first P1 GBR sequence, seen descending an elevator, is quietly the opposite of Laura's noisy exit from the P2 RR sequence, seen painfully ascending to who-knows-where. Curiously, Tracey tilts her head upward just like Laura does...
