Beef is great for Testosterone, sure, but like with anything in life there's diminishing returns once you get to a certain point.
1) Diversifying > Beef Only
You'll end up getting more nutrients, minerals & antioxidants, and from more sources.
2) Avocados Are Boron-Dense
Boron has been proven time and again to be a strong Testosterone booster, especially when cycled, and when taken at slightly higher doses.
The good news is that you don't have to supplement, you can also ramp up your Avocado intake (also peaches and raisins are decent too).
3. Avocado Is Magnesium-Dense
Without overdoing cholesterol from beef & egg yolks (which is a real thing if you're not lean and/or perfectly healthy). Magnesium is critical for those of you living a high stress lifestyle.
4. Tons Of Antioxidants
Vitamins C, E & Lycopene
These three are all going to be important for a lot of you guys with sub-par blood flow, any inflammation in the organs etc. It's hard to have optimal testes under these conditions.
Antioxidants provide easier conditions for Testosterone to rise in most people.
5. Avocados Are Convenient
SOO many of you complain that you don't like cooking, can't take meat travelling whilst you're staying in hotels, or can't always have it for lunch at work.
Well, avo's don't need cooking do they. They're EASY.
