Free supplemented glycine powder is awesome. 3-6 grams before bed as it helps with sleep a lot too: purebulk.com
Supplementing is fun. I like 500-2000 mg before bed, very calming. purebulk.com
Bicarbonate is produced from carbon dioxide, which is produced in large part from carbohydrate metabolism.
Bicarbonate can also of course be supplemented with good ol’ baking soda.
You can read more about that here:

There’s many forms of B1:
⬩TTFD
⬩Benfotiamine
⬩Allithiamine
⬩Prosultiamine
⬩Thiamine HCl
Thiamine mononitrate is pretty useless.
Start low, maybe 5-10 mg. You can work your way up to hundreds of mg. See how you feel.

Choline can be supplemented as:
⬩Phosphatidylcholine
⬩Alpha GPC
⬩CDP-Choline
I think alpha GPC, a few hundred mg, would be your best bet, but honestly people just need to eat some eggs.

B2, B6, B9 and B12 are the primary vitamins to support methylation.
All are most abundant in animal proteins, besides B9 - greens and fruits.
B2 can be supplemented on its own
P5P is the best form of B6.
I’m not huge on supplementing B9 or B12.

Iron is a bit of a double edged sword - it is toxic to our tissues in excessive amounts.
Especially the free form of iron found in fortified grains.
Iron panel: ferritin, TIBC, transferrin, % saturation, serum iron, is a good way to track status.
I would not supplement iron.
