Definition of unf*ckwithable:
β€œWhen you’re truly at peace and in touch with yourself.
Nothing anyone says or does bothers you and no negativity can touch you.”
1. β€œThe commonsense rules of the β€˜real world’ are a fragile collection of socially reinforced illusions”
β€’ They think what their employer says is gospel
β€’ They take β€œget a degree then a good job” literally.
But a lot of rules are illusions.

β€’ Sometimes you’ve gotta stand up for what you believe in.
β€’ People think you’ll give up, but when you don’t, you take them by surprise and they eventually get out of your way.

Outcome: they aim for the mediocre.
β€’ Realistic goals have the most competition
β€’ Realistic goals paradoxically take the most time / energy
Stay the hell away from β€˜average.’

β€’ You’re supposed to feel fear.
β€’ Fear is a compass…it leads to growth.
β€’ Fear is energy
The sh*t you’re afraid of is what’s holding you back.

The solution is to stop chasing:

β€’ Purpose
β€’ Meaning
β€’ Interests
Chase obsession.

β€’ Have the hard conversations
β€’ Tell people what you think, respectfully
β€’ Avoiding conflict creates more conflict

Sit down & take it up the butt from society? No
The problem isn’t oppression
It’s accepting the hand you’ve been dealt. Turn oppression into free energy/motivation

β€’ Opinions are like buttholes - everybody’s got one
β€’ One of the boldest things you can do is take a big problem & start a business to solve it.

No one’s saying to walk into a bank naked with a shotgun & ask for $100
But you can slowly increase happiness levels by purposely choosing more uncomfortable situations
