Sleep is not optional – it’s a requirement.
Most people prioritize work, family, & hobbies over sleep.
But the truth is…
Without 7-9 hours of quality sleep, your body can’t recover & you’ll be operating on fumes.
Create a sleep routine that works for you & stick to it.
Hydration is key.
Most fatigue comes from dehydration.
Start every day with a big glass of water.
But more importantly…
Make sure you’re also drinking it consistently throughout the day.
Eat for energy, not just for taste.
Skip the sugar spikes that lead to crashes.
Instead, focus on:
• Protein
• Healthy fats
• Complex carbs
Your body is like a car.
Give it the right fuel, and it will perform at its best.
Sit less, move more.
