1. HAMSTRINGS
- RDL's (Single leg, double leg)
- Nordic Hamstring Curls
2. Quadriceps.
- Reverse Nordic
- Sissy Squat
Hip Flexor
- Split Squat Iso Rear foot elevated
- Lunge Iso
Glutes / Groin
- Goblet Squat holds at bottom of range
- Cossack Squat
- Coppenhagen Plank
- Figure 4 elevated Iso
Calves
- Eccentric Smith Machine Calf Raises
- Single Leg Seated Calf Raises (Eccentric hold)
Pecs
- Chest Flys (slow eccentric)
- Cable Fly under load
Lats
- Lat Pulldown Holds (at top of rep)
- Pull up bar hands (mix grips)
Spine:
- Jefferson Curls (Loaded lengthening of spine)
Be careful with this one, start with no weight and make sure your spine can lengthen one vertebrae at a time.
All of these exercises LOAD our muscles in its longest position.
We are getting STRONGER and LONGER at the same time.
