- More greens & Curry leaves in your diet
- More omega 3 rich nuts / seeds like Chia seeds etc
- Don't over think or max out
- Don't use hairdryer frequently
- Restrict use of shampoo 1/2
- Avoid use of colour or paraben based conditioner
- Consume more dates and pomegranate
- Do deep breathing and oxygenate your body
- Don't fall prey to any fancy treatment
