They are me intentionally deviating from my 80% clean eating
These are my 20% meals - the 20% where I eat whatever the hell I want

I know going into the week that 20% of my meals (~3/wk) are going to be me eating whatever the hell I want

80% of the time my meals are clean as possible - High protein, whole foods, no seed oils or added sugars
20% of the time I eat like a normie (whatever I want)

This allows me freedom of selection for ~3 meals a week
I am EXTREMELY intentional with these
I don't sit at home and pound ice cream alone
I make it an event with friends or family

Because a massive part of food is experience
Going to watch a football game with my buddies? Cool, lets order pizza
Going on a date? Cool, lets get some ice cream

When you have these meals - make it oriented to a family/friend event or date
Don't just slam pizza on a casual Tuesday

3. I train my core... A LOT
Every time I am in the gym (~4 days/wk) I train my core
Not just on leg day like some goofball programs have

- Overhead Work
- Carry Variations
- Banded Dead bugs
- Wrestlers Twists
- Palov Press
- Weighted Planks

A good set of heavy decline situps, some standing abs or some hanging knee raises are badass too
I just do those less frequently than the above movements
