8 eating hacks for weight loss that actually work:
1. Wanna lose weight? Eat slow.
This improves digestion, makes you feel fuller & helps you feel less hungry.
Take smaller bites, chew food more or time yourself when eating.
Learning how to eat slow is the most powerful yet simplest habit to lose weight & improve health.
2. Stop before you feel stuffed.
This means to eat to 80% fullness.
This improves digestion, increases body awareness, increases energy & leads to sustainable weight loss over the longer term.
The key is to stop eating at the point you feel an 8 out of 10 in terms of fullness.
3. Replace snacking with water.
Most people snack because they're bored or feeding an emotion.
They also snack with junk foods which causes them to eat more.
Stop snacking & you remove a huge portion of calories from your diet.
Best way to do this by drinking water instead.
4. Drink water before & during a meal.
Studies show that drinking a cup of water before & during a meal can lead to feeling fuller.
Btw there are ZERO studies that show drinking water with meals leads to digestion issues.

5. Hunger control starts the day before
Have a rule of no food or liquids 3-5 hours before sleeping.
This helps improve sleep, which will help you become more energetic & decrease appetite the next day.
It also gives you a good rule for zero nighttime eating.
6. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach.
This means to eat off smaller plates.
Studies show you'll feel fuller off of 6 ounces of rice on an 8 inch plate than you would on 6 ounces of rice on a 12 inch plate.
Wanna feel fuller from your meals? Eat from a smaller plates.
7. No time to cook? Buy a rotisserie chicken.
Sometimes life is busy & you want something quick to eat.
Instead of eating fast food try buying one of those whole rotisserie chickens from your grocery store.
They're cheap, ready to be eaten & high in protein.
8. Do the vegetable test
Next time you feel hungry at a time you don't usually eat ask yourself if you're hungry enough to eat some broccoli.
If you're not hungry enough to eat veggies then chances are you may not be hungry at all.
Drink some water & wait til your next meal.
