If you are overweight or obese, you're lucky
You can lose fat at a faster rate and also build muscle at the same time
Your focus must be on three areas
A. Diet
B. Lifting weights
C. Cardio

Fuck Calories - Nobody likes to count calories
Here is your fat loss diet
Breakfast - 2 Protein shakes after the workout
Lunch - 250gm chicken and 150gm white rice
Evening - 5 egg whites
Dinner - 150gm fish and 100gm white rice
Eat unlimited vegetables and fruit
Vegetarian Fat loss Diet:
Breakfast - 2 Protein shakes after the workout
Lunch - 200gm Paneer and 150gm white rice
Evening - 1 Whey Protein shake
Dinner - 100gm paneer and 100gm white rice
If you eat eggs, replace paneer with eggs in the dinner
Cardio:
10k steps everyday
Zone 2 Cardio: 3 times a week
Set Treadmill at 4-6% incline
Set speed at 4 mph
Walk for 30 min

Do this in order:
- Increase your step count by 2k
- Increase your zone 2 cardio by 10min
- Decrease your fat intake
- Decrease your carb intake

Guidelines:
- Weight loss isn't linear and your weight will fluctuate every day, be patient
- Weigh yourself and take pictures everyday
- Find someone who is on the same journey or join an accountability group
