REAL RESULTS: My Supplement Journey
How I hacked my immune system:
I optimized my supplement stack to boost my immunity, stop getting sick, and avoid getting Covid-19.

Growing up I was always a sick kid. I got a few colds a year and always managed to catch strep throat and an ear infection on a regular basis.
I always took a multi-vitamin, and when I started to experiment with supplements I added some zinc and vitamin C to my stack.
But still, I could count on getting whatever was going around the school or office.
Fast forward to March 2020, and like everyone else I was trying to figure out how to avoid getting Covid and how to survive if I did get it.
I settled on a daily immunity protocol of:
8,000 IU of Vitamin D
1,000 mg of Vitamin C
50 mg of Zinc
500 mg of Quercitin
It’s been 2.5 years since I started this protocol and I hardly get sick anymore.
Even when my wife got Covid & went around the house coughing on everything, I never felt better & never caught Covid.
Let’s look deeper into each supplement:
VITAMIN D
D is one of the most important vitamins you can take because it acts on over 1,000 genes & is involved in numerous bodily processes.
D is particularly helpful for immunity. Some doctors even treat influenza using a method known as the β€œvitamin D hammer” β€” a mega dose of 50,000 IU of vitamin D.

VITAMIN C
C enhances immunity, protects against free radicals, and is needed for collagen formation. It’s also essential to the production of glutathione, which is an incredibly powerful antioxidant. Vitamin C is one of the safest and most well-recognized ways to boost immunity.
ZINC
Zinc is a key mineral in the support of healthy immune function, energy production, and mood. Many people use zinc lozenges to help reduce the severity of cold & flu. You should be supplementing zinc because it’s hard to get enough from food and your body doesn’t store it.
QUERCETIN
Quercetin is a natural pigment found in many foods and is a potent antioxidant. It plays an important role in fighting inflammation and boosting immunity. It also has anti-histamine effects.
Where quercetin really shines in this protocol is as a zinc ionophore. This means that it helps facilitate the transfer of zinc through the cell membrane, thereby increasing intercellular zinc concentrations. In short, it increases the bioavailability of zinc.
Preliminary research also suggests that quercetin has the ability to inhibit viral replication at various stages.
Quercitin is what takes this immunity protocol to the next level and what I believe makes it so effective.
As winter roles around, I suggest everyone consider adding this immunity protocol to your supplement routine.
It has made a tremendous difference in decreasing both the number of times I get sick and the severity & length of any illness.
