Don't worry too much about the fancy stuff.
Focus on the fundamentals first, and these alone can take you too 800+.
A thread on how to do just that ⬇️
1. ESSENTIAL FATS
These are the building blocks of testosterone.
You MUST have these in your diet.
But at the same time, there's more to this than just red meat and eggs. Omega 3, avocado, brazil nuts, various other types of fish are key in this regard.
2. INTENSE LIFTING
Before worrying about BJJ, competing, or maxing out your competitive environments, get your lifting routine on point.
This means:
Hitting legs HARD twice per week, for optimal testosterone results. At least 2 hard sets per workout close to failure.
3. QUALITY REM SLEEP
This is often make or break for a lot of guys, and is huge for reducing that long-term cortisol (which acts as a ceiling on your T levels).
Some hacks?
>Morning sunlight in your eyes
>Evening sauna
>Some evening carbs (careful)
>Fiction book before bed
4. SUNLIGHT + VITAMIN D3
This is another building block for testosterone.
You're just not going to be High T sitting indoors all day in an office.
We're wired to be outdoors, moving, and getting plenty of sunlight.
If you'd like some more detailed tips on how to NATURALLY ramp up your testosterone into the elite levels (1000+), this is your best resource.
There's a free guide, plus loads of "how-to" examples:
