We’ll start by having our initial phone call, and taking a deep dive into your current diet, lifestyle, exercise, etc.
We will then take your larger goals and break them up into smaller goals to check them off along the way.

I will then create you a 100% personalized meal plan.
This will be what full days of eating should look like, including:
-Exact foods/portion sizes
-60+ recipes/meal preps for the food included
-Calories/macronutrients
-Shopping lists
-Personalized tips/tricks

After that, we’ll have our weekly calls where we will be discussing strategy, fine tuning that meal plan, coming up with tips and tricks for you, holding you accountable, help with cooking, and much more
I will also be available via text 24/7 for any questions/concerns, and will be checking in with you via text as well
My goal is not for you to be a client of mine forever; my goal is that in 3 months we come up with the perfect, sustainable system that you will have with you the rest of your life
