Low testosterone in men causes:

1. Eat healthy foods
Food like;

• Shellfish
• Fatty fish

Bad sleep causes;

You will also soak vitamin D which helps increase testosterone levels.
4. Exercise 1 hour per day
Best exercises to increase testosterone:
• HIIT training
• Weight training
• Calisthenics training
• Leg exercises (squats, lunges)
Exercises like these are proven to increase mascle mass as well as testosterone.
5. Rest properly
Proper rest is vital for testosterone levels.
To recover and rest;
• Sleep well
• Stay hydrated
• Stretch your body
• Get enough protein
• Eat anti-inflammatory foods
6. Reduce stress levels.
Stress is proven to lower testosterone. Stress reduces cortisol levels.
Cortisol is a hormone that lowers blood testosterone levels.
To lower stress;
• Journal
• Meditate
• Stay active
• Nature walks
7. Vitamin supplements
Take these vitamins to increase testosterone and boost health:
• Zinc
• Vitamin B
• Vitamin D
Foods containing these vitamins:
• Nuts
• Seeds
• Red meat
• Fatty fish
• Avocados
