6 Signs you’re becoming more emotionally healthy...

1. You realize your role isn’t to be responsible for other adults. Your role is to be responsible for yourself, and to support people you love— not take on their issues as your own.
2. You look forward to time alone rather than fearing it. Time alone allows you to decompress, process, & do things you find peace or joy from.
3. You don’t take things as personally as you once did. You understand people are projecting their “stuff” all the time and contrary to the egos belief— it’s not always about you.
4. You can play and laugh at yourself. You realize life isn’t as serious we can make it out to be. You’re lighter, and kinder
5. You stay away from “doomsday” content. It no longer gives you the dopamine rush and your focus is on: growing, learning, evolving, and finding fulfillment
6. You no longer spend time with people who bond over gossip, shared dislike of others, or who feel draining. You value relationships where there is mutual support, sharing, and curiosity.
