45 powerful lessons on health I wish I learned earlier in life:
1. Its impossible to accurately count calories
2. Most fitness coaches don’t understand how to raise your RMR so they just tell you to eat less.
3. Incline Bench grows your chest better than Flat bench
4. Sugar and Seed Oils are the main culprits for the obesity problem
5. The “best” workout is consistency
6. Complaining about your life won’t fix your life (And people are tired of hearing about it.)
7. Deadlifts and Squats should be done barefoot or in flat soled shoes
8. You don’t need a gym to get in amazing shape
9. As a father you are required to lift weights and be in the best shape possible
10. The only way to slow down aging is heavy resistance training
11. Just hanging from a bar with help loosen up your shoulders and upper back
12. Push-ups are GOATED, work up to at least 50 nonstop then start adding weight.
13. Bird dogs are better than crunches
14. Every meal should be protein dominant
15. The food pyramid is the biggest scam of our generation
16. You will be taken more seriously on ANY topic if you are jacked.
17. The hardest part is taking the first step
18. Diet Soda is NOT healthy its stupid to think otherwise. (Better than regular soda though.)
19. If you want to get big Focus on Bench Press, Squats, Rows, and Deadlifts
20. Just because someone has abs doesn’t mean they understand health
21. You can get big without Steroids. (It just takes longer)
22. If you want to raise your RMR prioritize sprinting and assault biking
23. You should try to at least take 8k steps a day
24. Get at LEAST 1 hour or sunshine every day if you can’t supplement vitamin D
25. The only supplement you NEED is magnesium.
26. You can’t lose 50 lbs of fat in 2 weeks.
27. Squat like Odin is watching (Because he is)
28. Don’t try to bulk and cut at the same time.
29. Just because someone is bigger than you doesn’t mean they are on steroids
30. The best coach in the world can’t help you unless you help yourself first
31. Courses and Coaches are only scams if you don’t apply them.
32. There are “better” ways to work out but if it's not sustainable it won’t work long-term.
33. Anything can be achieved if you put in enough effort.
34. You’ll get better results lifting 4 days a week than you will trying to do 6 days a week
35. Squats are the most important lift
36. If you need help, hire a coach, they are cheaper than figuring it out.
37. Eating more protein is the key to long-term success
38. Lean Animal eats > Every other kind of protein
39. Neglecting your health is more expensive than hiring a coach
40. There is more than one correct approach to fitness
41. Losing fat should be your first priority (then you can focus on other things)
42. If you can’t do anything then go for a walk
43. 150 grams of Protein a day should be the MINIMUM for most people

45. Just because it is common to get fat when you age doesn't mean isn't normal.
