To get in the best shape possible in 2023, read this:
1. Stop following "body positivity". It's an excuse for unhealthy habits.
2. If you're not horny, you're not healthy.
3. Don't do keto unless you'll happily never eat carbs again.
4. You don't need to take steroids like Liver King to be in good shape. Train hard, eat protein, be consistent - and you will be in top 5% shape.
5. Ban fake meat from your diet.
6. Peanut butter is not a high-protein option.
7. Stop watching CNN. It's a documented depressant.
8. Cardio is like day trading for quick profits (burns calories). Weight training is like investing for passive income (boosts metabolism).
9. Alcohol is poison. Minimize it at all costs.
10. Regular sauna use reduces all-cause mortality by 40%.
11. Eat as much fruit as you want. Nearly impossible to overeat.
12. Marriage is not a license to grow man boobs, gain 50lbs, and become a lazy sack of sh*t.
13. Stop watching porn.
14. Eggs don’t "ruin your cholesterol". They are a superfood.
15. They told you "too much sun will give you cancer". They didn't tell you that sunlight can be the #1 supplement to better sleep, mood, energy, skin, & mental health.
16. Do daily cold showers to minimize stress.
17. To cure depression 95% of the time: move your body, get sunlight, express gratitude, eat 80% whole foods, surround yourself with positive peers, unfollow negativity on social media, and kill the "I'm depressed" identity.
18. Avoid seed oils.
19. Having kids can be your excuse or your motivation. Your choice.
20. Sperm counts have dropped by nearly 60% in the last 40 years. To avoid low testosterone, lift weights, get sunlight, minimize stress, prioritize sleep, and get to 10-15% body fat.

I do not care who you were in 2022.
It doesn't matter if you gained 70 pounds, got divorced, or lost your job...
2022 is dead.
2023 is alive.
