Self compassion is important to be able to show compassion to others. Research shows that people who show self compassion are able to get more done and are able to sustain their work better than those who donβt.

Self kindness is act of being kind to yourself. You are honest and clear eyed about ur mistakes but accepting and tolerant about them while seeking to do better. Self kindness is not self indulgence.
Common humanity - u realise itβs not just u - that everyone has challenges, makes mistake or feel inadequate in some way, sometimes.
Mindfulness is a state of non judgmental, conscious awareness.
Have crucial conversations with yourself. Meet yourself where u r at. Make sure ur needs are met yet equally prioritise others when their needs are more important than yours
