How I naturally increased my testosterone from 245 to over 800:
Men's testosterone levels have been rapidly dropping for decades.
Low testosterone is linked to:
• Fat gain
• Hair loss
• Low libido
• Muscle loss
• Weak bones
• Erectile dysfunction
Here are 6 ways you can naturally increase your testosterone:
1) Supplements
I don't mean "testosterone boosting" pills.
I mean natural supplements like:
• DHEA
• Boron
• Tongkat Ali
• Shilajit Extract
• Vitamin D with K1/K2
Take them after your breakfast.
I like the brand Thorne.
2) Strength training
Research shows strength training significantly increases testosterone.
Lift 3 to 5 times a week.
Push yourself harder each session.
Increase your lifts by 2.5 - 5lbs each week.
Never skip leg day - leg exercises trigger greater testosterone production.
3) Doing hard things
Do a few physically demanding things each week.
I regularly pursue difficult activities proven to boost testosterone.
A few of my favorites:
• Boxing
• Shooting
• Sprinting
• Lifting weights
4) Morning sunlight exposure
Go outside and get at least 1 hour of direct sunlight each morning.
Studies show getting sunlight exposure increases testosterone.
Morning sunlight also helps you sleep better at night.
Better sleep increases your testosterone further.
5) Meditating and nasal breathing
Testosterone levels and stress levels are inversely related.
Meditating and nasal breathing reduce stress by calming the central nervous system.
I use the @NuCalm neurofeedback meditation app and the @othership_us breathwork app.
@NuCalm @othership_us 6) Getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night
Research shows sleep deprivation decreases testosterone by 15%.
You can get better sleep by:
• Not having caffeine after 12pm
• Not eating within 3 hours of bedtime
• Not using screens within 1 hour of bedtime
