Think you eat like a strong, healthy man?

Here's the western diet you're eating, that's keeping you FATTER and WEAKER than 69.2% of the population in 2023:
Look, you just eat normal foods like everyone else right?
That's the problem.
It's no wonder testosterone's plummeted >20% in the last 20 years.
This huge miseducation in nutrition's part of a men's health epidemic
NO-ONE's talking about.
Here's where you're going wrong:
1. Seed oils
Ok ok, everyone's venting about seed oils
But what's even bad about it?
Without boring you:
These oils are highly refined, extracted with heat and Hexane, which:
- causes inflammation
- produces free radicals
- creates harmful transfats like Linoleic acid.
Swapping canola oil for EVOO will help
But you'll be shocked to find seed oils are in EVERYTHING.
• Your butter - sunflower oil
• Your mayo - canola oil
• Your bread - soybean
A priority should be whole foods with 1-2 ingredients
Or find foods using EVOO or coconut oil.
2. Cereal for breakfast
Breakfast is an essential meal, never skip it..
The problem is the shit you're eating.
A great breakfast should be high in:
- protein
- fiber
10+ hours without protein means your body is in need.
But most people opt for sugar and calorie-dense meals:
Cereal is one of the worst breakfasts, especially supermarket choices:
- bran flakes
- cereal bars
- Quaker oats
Are mostly full of shit.
Centre healthier cereal around workouts, or as a desert.
Instead, for breakfast eat:
- greek yoghurt
- whey powder
- berries
- eggs
3. Juice
Most juices are crammed with sugar and preservatives
But 'healthy Dan' goes into work with his smoothie.
The sugar in a glass of OJ is similar to a can of coke
And the juicing removes fibre.
Instead, enjoy 1 or even 3 oranges with a glass of water.
What about Acai?
Bluntly, Acai is BS.
Acai is mostly from fats, still full of sugar.
Next time you fancy an Acai bowl, grab some:
greek yoghurt
blackberries
strawberries
blueberries
Most people sleep on other berries like blueberries..
Which are superior in every way:
4. Alcohol
Before you ask: I am fun at parties!!
But alcohol is something I'm not touching in 2023.
Using alcohol as a social crutch / stress relief is your worst decision.
Alcohol is:
- empty calories
- mental ruin
- body poison
And in 20 years will be the new cigarette.
Unfortunately, quitting alcohol is a lonely decision..
And may result in losing some friends.
The good thing is you've identified who were only interested in you for your drinking habits
And you can find other high-value people.
This one decision can transform your life.
5. Café and coffee shop diet
Coffee shops are notorious for filling you up with shit.
Most pastries are puff pastry, made with:
- bleached wheat flour
- (shit load of) butter
Containing high calories, sugar and added chemicals
(life's too short, treat yourself occasionally):
But cakes are the second sin.
One cake from a US coffee shop has enough sugar for a month
And 5oz of cream is over 500 calories.
The same goes for the coffees, you're inhaling insane amounts of calories
And over 100mg caffeine.
Here's a typical Starbucks beverage:
6. Vegan diet
The best way to DEPLETE your body
And dry every bit of muscle off your withering bones.
Vegan diets are carb HEAVY..
Containing so much sugar & fibre, every cell in your body (inc. brain) can become insulin sensitive
And lacks VITAL fats and protein.
Here's a list of deficiencies in vegans:
- A
- B2
- B3
- B6
- D3
- K2
- B12
- Zinc
- CoQ10
- Iodine
- Choline
- Glycine
- Creatine
- Carnosene
- Carnitine
- Glutathione
- Cholesterol
- DHA and EPA (Omega 3)
- Amino acids (Lysine, Leucine..)
..
- eggs
7. Fruit & veg
You've probably been slacking off on your 'healthy food'.
Meaning fruit before training
And veggies with dinner.
Not to worry bro, it's only been 8 years..
Without proper micronutrient intake, your body doesn't properly function
And makes you overeat:
Satiety of a micro-less diet is low, leading to calorie overload.
Here's the typical diet:
Breakfast-
Waffles
Cap'n Crunch
Avocado Toast
Lunch-
Pasta
Hot dog
Grilled cheese
Dinner-
Pizza
Burgers
Loaded fries
Snacks-
Chips
Cookies
Pop tarts
Not one fresh fruit/veg in sight.
8. Education
The truth is the average man is fucking clueless about nutrition.
Most are happy to eat whatever takeout is in their phone book
Or their partner dishes onto the table.
It's time to get educated on nutrition before you end up another statistic ⬇️
Most men consuming the average diet live with at least one of:
- Pessimism
- Depression
- Fucked gut
- Gum disease
- Sleep apnea
- Lost libido
- Swollen face
- Easy bruising
- Hypertension
- Weaker bones
- Muscle atrophy
- Impaired vision
- Constant tiredness
Now, fixing a trash diet won't happen overnight
But every micro-action you make will add up.
Start small by eating a high protein, low carb breakfast
And stop binging alcohol.
A happier, fulfilling life starts at the hands of your consumption.
Also if you've never had your bloods checked, I strongly recommend it.
Your diet plays a huge role in hormone production
After all it's what you consume every day.
If you notice any of these symptoms, go private & get your main biomarkers checked.
