The modern diet has killed your testosterone. Use these 7 tips to fix it:
1. Eat more high-cholesterol foods like eggs, avocados, & olive oil.
2. Minimize alcohol & smoking. Poison.
3. Take 11+ minutes of cold showers/week. This is a great tool to minimize stress. High stress = Low T.
4. Get 15 minutes of morning sunlight. This triggers your internal clock which will help you sleep better. Poor sleep = Low T.
5. Lift weights 3-5x/week.
6. Pray daily. This is proven to lower cortisol.
7. Get to 10-15% body fat. Extra bodyfat is the enemy of testosterone.
8. Consume steak, burgers, chicken, salmon, greek yogurt, & whey protein shakes. A high-protein diet fuels muscle growth.
And I'll leave ya with this:
Toxic masculinity is a real thing in 2023: Testosterone levels have dropped so low, it has become toxic.
Low testosterone can lead to:
• Fatigue
• Strength loss
• Decreased focus
• Erectile dysfunction
• Decreased sex drive
