Here are 7 ways to naturally enhance your testosterone:
1) Lower Stress
Cortisol is the primary stress hormone.
And high cortisol = low testosterone.
Reduce cortisol by:
• Meditating daily
• Exercising regularly
• Spending time in nature
Lowering your stress will lead to an increase in testosterone.
2) Get sunlight
Studies show increased exposure to sunlight increases:
• Libido
• Testosterone
• Romantic attraction
Try getting sunlight for 30-60 minutes a day, even through cloud cover.
3) Conserve your seed

Convert that energy into other areas like the gym or your work.
