Healthy Evening snack - Sprout chaat!
A wholesome snack,that is rich in protein,fibre&antioxidants!
I have used brown chana here,u can use different sprouts as per availablity!
Soak,germinate,cook add some vegetables,spices&lemon juice!
Healthy,easy to make&extremely filling!
Note:
πŸ”ΈPreferably have cooked sprouts to reduce the phytic acid content & for better absorption.
πŸ”ΈIn case of any gut issues (bloating, acidity, constipation) - overcook the sprouts.
