7 easy ways to raise your dopamine levels naturally, without medication ;
Eat a warriors meal.
Food rich in Tyrosine & Phenylalanine ie, protein. Protein rich food contain both the amino acids that are building blocks for dopamine and basing your diet around it is key to recovery. Your days of eating junk are over, its time for regeneration.
Train your body
Physical exercise will significantly raise your dopamine levels back to baseline. This means less cravings throughout the day. For best results, train first thing in the morning & pick swimming, running & lifting over a stationary bike or treadmill
Rest like you mean it
