1. Cooking your own meals

The easiest way to ensure you are eating the right way, is cooking your meals yourself.
Here are a few guidelines to follow:

- Drink lot's of water
- Plenty of animal fats
- Unprocessed carbohydrates

• Improves sleep quality

6. Walking daily

6. Minimizing alcohol consumption
