1. Eat protein
Protein:

When you eat protein, it takes you longer to feel hunger
Eat things like:
⁃Chicken
⁃Fish
⁃Beef
⁃Eggs
2. Eat fiber
Fiber:
⁃ Reduces your hunger
⁃ Makes you feel full
⁃ Lowers cholesterol

3. Drink water
Water:
⁃ Has 0 calories
⁃ Boosts your metabolism
⁃ Suppress your appetite
drink daily 4L of water daily
Avoid sugary drinks.
It's the easiest way to mess up your progress.
4. Hit the gym
Lift weights for at least 30 minutes
Building muscle will burn calories faster.
Add 20 minutes of cardio after your workout to compliment your exercises
Doing cardio alone won't do you justice.
5. Sleep well
Lack of sleep:
⁃ Increases hunger
⁃ No energy to exercise
A good rest will:
⁃ Build muscle
⁃ increase physical activity
⁃ Prevents late night snacks
Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night
7. Lower the calories
To lose weight, you need to be in a calorie defecit of 400-500 calories
Eat less calories than what you consume
To keep track of your calories, download a calorie tracker

I'm not telling to go 100% on this because you'll eventually fail
To not fail on your fat loss journey, you need to keep it 80% nutritious and 20% what you want
Have a strict diet for 6 days and have one cheat day
Don't go crazy on it
But reward yourself for your progress
