It is ‘consensus’ in the fitness industry that eating frequently throughout the day is beneficial to you;
People supposedly teaching ‘nutrition’ wake up and stuff there faces until they go to bed.
Here’s why that is an ASININE idea:
1. If you frequently snack thought the day, your body will not be able to tap into its own fat stores for fuel (ever).
Constant glucose supply as well as digestion will be happening always.
2. There is 0 evidence that eating more ‘boosts metabolism’ in any empirical literature.
Your metabolic health isn’t dependent on man’s concept of time;
It’s linear.
It’s baseline intake over the course of time; not just a 24 hour window.
By eating 2-3 meals (one large feast) a day in a compressed eating window, your body:
- Burns more fat
- Releases growth hormone
- Releases anti-aging hormone
Not only that, intermittent fasting also increases metabolism;
This is because of an increase in norepinephrine.
Norepinephrine is a hormone that signals fat cells to break down.
TO LOSE FAT YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DRASTICALLY REDUCE CALORIES;
JUST EAT LESS OFTEN, SAME AMOUNT, REAL FOOD, MOVE MORE.
For fat loss when you eat is just as important as WHAT you eat.
The entire fitness industry is lost on fat loss, destroying there metabolisms in order to make it happen.
