It’s impossible to target fat loss in a specific body part.
But if you continually lose fat, eventually you’ll lose belly fat as well.
Here are 23 practical tips you can implement today:
1. Avoid starving yourself as it can lead to overeating later in the day
2. Eat lean protein with every meal
3. Cut back on sugary foods and drinks
4. Eat a diet rich in whole, unprocessed foods
5. Include plenty of fiber in your diet to help keep you feeling full
6. Drink enough water so your urine is almost always transparent
7. Avoid liquid calories
8. Get more high quality sleep
9. Stick mostly to 1 ingredient foods
10. Know how food labels misguide you
(ex: “lightly sweetened” simply means this product has ⅓ the sugar as the original product, but this can still be a lot of sugar).
11. Reduce stress levels
12. Walk while talking on the phone
13. Try intermittent fasting to help reduce calorie intake
14. Take cold showers (or alternative between hot and cold)

Bent knee side to side
Lie flat on the ground with your knees at 90 degrees.
Bring your knees to one side of the mat, back to neutral, then the other side.
Your head, torso and shoulders should remain on the ground.
Only your hips and legs should be moving.
Crunchy frogs
Bring your knees towards you and hug your legs.
Spread your arms out while extending your legs forward.
Make sure to keep your legs above the ground the entire time.
Do your best to not sway your torso.
Only your arms and legs should be moving.
