The Food Pyramid is a marketing scam designed by Big Food companies to keep you addicted to eating their processed food.
Hereโ€™s what the food pyramid should be:

Sugar
Seed Oils
Refined Grain
Whole Potatoes
Butter, Ghee, Tallow
Fruits and Vegetables
Steak, Eggs, Beef, Fish, Chicken
Let's dive into each, starting from the top:
Sugar
Sugars from fruits and natural sources arenโ€™t bad.
But when theyโ€™re processed and added to foods, they cause a host of problems.
The main one is keeping you addicted to their factory food.
Cutting out added sugars could be the catalyst for turning your health around.
Seed Oils
The majority of restaurants cook in seed oils because itโ€™s cheaper.
Food companies love them for their long shelf life.
But the cost is your health.
Inflammation is at the heart of chronic disease
Minimizing these will eliminate many processed foods from your diet.
Refined Grains
During the refining process, grains are stripped of essential nutrients like:
โ€ข Fiber
โ€ข Vitamins
โ€ข Minerals
They are full of pesticides that irritate your gut, and rapidly spike blood sugar, leading to insulin resistance and disease.
Keep these to a minimum.
Whole Potatoes
Potatoes are a better way to eat carbs.
Theyโ€™re extremely satiating, nutrient-rich, and full of fiber.
But there's a huge difference between eating a baked potato with a little butter and eating fries drowned in hundreds of calories from oil.
Butter, Ghee, Tallow
The low fat craze blamed saturated fat for heart disease and obesity for years.
But these healthy fats are not to blame.
They're nutrient dense and extremely satiating.
And crucial for hormonal health and energy balance.
Fruits and Vegetables
Fruits and veggies should be staples of everyoneโ€™s diet.
Our ancestors thrived on them for millions of years.
Theyโ€™re nature's multivitamins.
Consuming fruit alongside a protein source or in tandem with a workout will slow down the blood sugar release.
Steak, Eggs, Beef, Fish, Chicken
A point has been to demonize eggs and meat.
But theyโ€™re the most nutrient-dense foods on the planet.
A population that eats meat is a healthy and strong society.
Easy to spot why people who profit on your illness wouldn't want you eating it.
Protein should be the priority of each meal.
And meat and eggs are the foods with the most complete amino acid profiles.
Not Beyond Burgers made of industrial sludge.
Consume in extreme moderation:

โ€ขย Refined grains
Base your diet around:
โ€ขย Whole potatoes
โ€ขย Butter, ghee, thallow
โ€ขย Fruits and veggies
โ€ขย โ€ขย Steak, eggs, beef, fish, chicken
