A misconception you must throw in the bin immediately is that more = better.
More crap is still crap.
Quality > Quantity is the key.
The key to time saving training with elite results?
High quality workout structure + elite execution.

1. Set Quality:
Everything you do in the gym needs to be centered around maximizing set quality.
If the quality is there, nothing you do will work effectively.
Spend time dialing this in.
When the set quality is high you need LESS volume to get results.

2. Workout Structure:
Once the set quality is dialed in, you don't need big volume.
I recommend starting with.
⚬ 3-4 exercises per workout
⚬ 2-3 working sets per exercise
⚬ 8-12 total working sets per workouts
⚬ 3-minute rest between working sets
Big results in 45 mins.
3. Training Progress:
This will save you time purely on the back of removing guesswork for what you need to do.
Enter the gym every time with an exact game plan and target to hit.

Record your workouts every single time.
Exercise, set, reps and weight.

4. Training Frequency/Split:
The least important of todays four tips, but the best split will ultimately come down to how many workouts you want to do per week.
Ideally you train each muscle group 2x/week.
I recommend a training frequency of 3-5 workouts per week.
