FINDING THE BEST WEIGHT FOR YOU
The most attractive weight varies from person to person. Due to misleading media messages, many women are getting it wrong. In this thread I'm going to repost my detailed guide to help you find the weight where you look your personal best. x.com
Everyone knows being fat is ugly. Unfortunately many women jump to the conclusion that thinnest is therefore best. Fashion and beauty advertising encourages them to think this is the case. But it isn't. x.com
There's good evidence from many sources, both historical and contemporary, that bodyfat contributes positively to feminine beauty. Naturally it has to be the right amount. x.com
Internet trolls contribute significantly to the confusion. There are aesthetic vandals who go around calling every woman fat just for kicks. You need to learn to ignore them. In fact, we should be calling them out as vandals, because that's what they are. x.com
This example illustrates the approximate bodyfat level men choose when they can draw anything. Sure, it's a cartoon. But don't dismiss it on that account. It doesn't represent a niche taste. It represents a normal one. x.com
When you look at men's representations of attractive females (I use that word for a reason), you don't see tall, thin, skinny women who look like fashion models. The skinny look is pretty much reserved for juveniles.
Think that's gross? Well then, don't chase it! x.com
Incidentally, this thread is excerpted from my article on beauty, which you can read at the link below. I'm censoring some of the images because they're too revealing for the X algorithm. If you find the thread interesting, I suggest you read it in full.

A small waist is an important element of feminine beauty. And it's a better to target a small waist than a low weight in pounds. Even so, beauty is complicated and you can't just autistically reduce it to one target. You won't look your best at your absolute minimum waist size. x.com
It's actually the COMBINATION of a small waist and feminine curves that's most attractive. Not one in isolation. x.com
You might be wondering why I'm using drawings and AI art as examples. That's because they show what's ideally attractive when there are no physical or practical limitations. It might be unattainable, but it's still useful information. Don't worry, I'll get to real women soon.
Losing too much weight reduces your appeal. One example that women usually get wrong is thigh fat. Thick thighs are attractive. Men feel this intuitively, but women have been trained to not see it. So they often want to diet their thighs away. Big mistake! Thick thighs are good. x.com
Cosmetic surgery doesn't change the fundamental principle that some fat is good. Despite a nice set of implants, this model would look better with a few more pounds. x.com
Here's a really useful imaginary woman. This is actually one of the thinner AI girls. But as you can see, she still has some fat around her navel. I'm making a big issue out of this because "pro-ana" girls fixate on this area and reduce fat too much, thinking none is best. Nope. x.com
Now, there's an important caveat, which is the real substance of this thread. The right weight depends on the person, and particularly her fat distribution. Some women need to stay thin, some don't. The images that follow will help you decide where you fall. x.com
Let's start off by looking at a BAD example. This model is too thin. This isn't the best look for ANYONE. x.com
Women don't look best with a visibly muscular abdomen. There are nowadays a small number of men who do like this as a niche taste, but even they don't like the look in the example we've just seen. x.com
Okay, so here's an example of a woman with a naturally poor bodyfat distribution who does need to stay thin to look her best. But she STILL shouldn't stay as thin as the model we looked at a moment ago. x.com
You can tell her bodyfat distribution is poor because her weight is going to her waist area rather than to her chest, thighs, hips, and rear. x.com
As an aside, thin arms are usually best, but arms aren't very important in the scheme of things. So, you shouldn't judge your bodyfat distribution just by your arms. x.com
So yes, some women have a poor bodyfat distribution and need to stay thin. But that still doesn't mean thinner is always better. The example below shows the minimum bodyfat level that's attractive. If you have a terrible fat distribution this is a reasonable goal. But NOT less. x.com
Most women have a mediocre bodyfat distribution, not a terrible one. So few of you should be chasing the "minimum level" I've just shown.
This next model is a useful example for the average woman. She has a mediocre but not terrible fat distribution. I would estimate the right photo as being more attractive than the left, and it's likely the ideal weight for this particular model. x.com
For the model shown in the previous post, both gaining and losing weight would do harm. One reason losing weight would do harm is that there's a massive difference between an A-cup and a B-cup. x.com
Many of my examples have incredible curves that are way beyond the reach of the average woman. However, the large majority of women do have SOME nice curves when they optimize their weight. If you really have none, there are other options I'll explain elsewhere. x.com
This example shows that even imaginary women with relatively modest curves still have some abdominal bodyfat on display. Look at the navel area. x.com
Let's go over a few other examples that are useful for average women.
Unfortunately I can't show you the first of these on Twitter. So if you want to see the bottom-heavy example I'm referring to here you'll have to follow the link I posted earlier in the thread. x.com
This model appears to have 350cc implants (a size I don't recommend), but in other respects she's an excellent example of a bodyfat level that will work well for many average women. She looks healthy, not "thin." It's an attractive look you should be pleased to have. x.com
Now we're going to move on to women with an above-average natural bodyfat distribution. These are the women who've been MOST DISADVANTAGED by the current "thinner is better" way of thinking, which has prevented them from taking advantage of their natural gifts. x.com
This is an ideal weight for the woman depicted. It's very slightly plump in a way that adds to both her beauty and sex appeal, because she has an excellent bodyfat distribution. x.com
Here's a more controversial example. It may or may not be the ideal weight for this model, but it's still very attractive. The reason is that her full chest justifies a higher overall bodyfat level. x.com
That's not, incidentally, a bodyfat level that would work for the average woman.
Here's another great example that's useful to more women because it's not as extravagant as the previous. Unfortunately it's also another that I can't show to you in full here on Twitter. x.com
An important point I want to make for women who suffer from body dysmorphia, anorexia, or otherwise obsess about their weight is that you shouldn't just fixate on your stomach area in isolation. To find the ideal weight for you, you always need to look at the full picture. x.com
When it comes to rears, bigger is better. So if you have a naturally good bodyfat distribution, you don't want to diet away your butt. Unfortunately some naturally gifted women do exactly that. This imaginary woman is a good role model for women with a nice rear. x.com
Here's a real model demonstrating an attractive weight for bottom-heavy women with a good bodyfat distribution. x.com
Unfortunately I can't show you the next two examples, but they show heavier women with attractive rears. x.com
Everything is relative to your waist. So finding the best weight for you is sometimes as simple as figuring out whether more fat is going to your waist or your rear. The former is bad, the second is good. And often exaggerated in imaginary women like the one shown here. x.com
Now let's talk about maximums. This example shows a "theoretical" maximum attractive weight for the most gifted women. x.com
Here's a somewhat more realistic maximum attractive weight. This is way too heavy for the average woman. But if you have an exceptionally fantastic bodyfat distribution, it will look very good. x.com
To conclude, here's my favorite example of classical perfection. If you have a great bodyfat distribution, this is a wonderful target. It's way thicker than the fashion industry has trained you to like, but it's also way more attractive than fashion models are. x.com
If you want to know why the fashion industry always presents such bad examples, you can read my article in full.
Thigh gaps are NOT a useful target for determining your ideal weight. Please just forget about them entirely. x.com
As a final review, here are minimum, maximum, and average attractive weights. The average is closer to the minimum than the maximum because most women have a mediocre fat distribution. Please study the examples in my article and find the best weight for you! x.com
If you have any questions, let me know in the replies.
Here's another link to my article if you want to look at the examples I censored for Twitter.
