→ 1 bay leaf
→ 1/2 lemon
→ 1 clove garlic
→ 2 tbsp butter
→ 1/2 tsp of dill
→ 1 cup white wine
→ 1lbs Wild Salmon
→ Sea salt and black pepper
→ 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
