Need to drop 30 pounds of fat?
Use these tips to start losing 2 pounds per week:
1. Zero alcohol, unless on special occasions. This is a requirement.
2. Find excuses to walk. 8,000 steps minimum.
3. Don't let ONE day ruin the calorie deficit you spent the entire week creating
4. 90% of what you eat should be meat, eggs, fruit, veggies, white rice and greek yogurt.
5. Eat in an 8-hour window. You'll have better mental clarity and an easier time losing fat
6. Eat slower. It takes 20 minutes for your body to signal to your brain that you're full
7. Drink water each hour. You'll stay hydrated and keep your stomach full
8. Prioritize your slee . 7+ hours is necessary for fat loss.
9. Track calories or have 3 go-to meals that you KNOW will keep you under
10. Fast in the mornings and drink black coffee to suppress your appetite
11. Have UNSHAKEABLE belief in yourself. This is required for success
12. When you're not bullshitting, 3-4 30-minute workouts is plenty
13. Give yourself 1-2 meals each week to eat what you want. Just keep your calories in check
14. Take 5g of creatine daily
15. Have a plan. Don't waste time debating what to eat or which exercises to do
16. Make healthy eating as convenient as possible. Fridge full of fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, hard-boiled eggs, and meal-prepped protein-based meals.
17. Weigh daily. Take the average of Week 1 and compare it to the average or Week 2. Continue.
18. Take body measurements. Losing an inch off your waist but maintaining the same weight = 3-4 pounds of fat loss.
19. Take pride in your desire to get healthy. Nothing is embarrassing about it. It's the most beneficial decision you could make for yourself and your family.
20. Avoid fried foods at restaurants. These are weight-loss KILLERS.
21. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full
22. Cook 9/10 meals at home. Use coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
23. Not losing weight? You're eating too much
