Resistance bands can be one of the most versatile pieces of equipment you can own!
Here are 10 amazing exercises you can do with them. (Bet you can't do #8!)

1. Banded Thrusters
These are a great compound movement (works multiple muscle groups) and will burn you out a lot quicker than you'd think!
2. Banded Pushups
I'll often superset these with flys after benching to really help grow my chest.
3. Assissted Pull-Ups
If you can't do a pull-up or are looking to add volume so you can do more pull-ups, these are a great starting point.
4. Reverse Squats
Awesome exercise to target the hips and lower abdominals. Harder than they look too!
5. Banded Hamstring Curls
Another great accessory exercises to help build strong bulletproofed Hamstrings.
6. Banded Pull-A-Parts
A staple if you want healthy shoulders and a strong back! Can you get 50 reps in a row?
7. Banded Overhead Triceps Press
These are an easy way to target those triceps and are great for hypertrophy and improving your bench presd.
8. Chaos Pushups
These are a more advanced exercise that really targets all of the stabilization muscles of the chest and shoulder.
9. Pallof Press
This exercise is great to provide core strength and trunk stability. I do this quite often and love it!
10. Banded Biceps Curl
Great way to target the biceps without putting a lot of strain on the elbows!
This list only scratches the surface of what you can do with resistance bands. If you don't have a set I recommend getting bands like these:
