Full Plateau Breaking Chest Routine To Build Huge Muscles
Level - Advance
Do all the exercises one after the other without rest - The total will be 1 set.
3 Sets | 2 mins rest in between sets
1. Barbell bench press | 8 Reps | 4 sec negatives
2. Chest dip | 8 reps | 4 sec negatives
3. Peck deck fly machine | 8 reps | 4 sec negatives
4. Dumbbell chest press incline bench | 8 reps | 4 Sec negatives
5. Explosive push-ups | 8 Reps | 4 sec negatives
Tips - Use 60 percent of the max weight you normally lift.
Keep Drinking Water with BCCA and Glutamine throughout the workout. You can mix some Dextrose in it.
Note - There will be lactic Acid build-up so be mentally prepared for soreness.
