First off, there’s a difference between smelling like sh*t and having natural body odor
Sweat doesn't smell. The bacterial decomposition of sweat is what makes you smell
Your odor is also determined by your:
1. Diet
2. Digestion

Different foods create different metabolites. Some of these are excreted in sweat, like trimethylamine (TMA)
An altered gut microbiota can result in metabolite conversion that leads to bad odor (eg TMA into TMAO)

So if you have an altered skin/gut microbiota, your chances of smelling like a gym bag are amplified.
There’s also a genetic component. eg, Trimethylaminuria: a genetic disorder commonly known as "fish odor syndrome."
But more likely than not it's your diet & microbiota

Some foods contain pungent compounds that get release through sweat:
• Garlic
• Curry
• Broccoli
• Eggs
• Asparagus
Ditch the sulfur on date night

Ok so diet aside, what are some things you can do naturally to smell less like a D3 locker room?
1. Sweat more
1. Sweat more
Unclog your pores, flush out those stinky metabolites. Just make sure you scrub down after so you don’t reabsorb all the gunk you just sweat out
I workout midday, sweat my ass off, then hop in the ocean. The sea water is neutralizing & sand exfoliates

2. Use natural oils
Olive oil, coconut oil, & Tallow. These are good odor neutralizers & have antimicrobial properties. They help you maintain skin integrity as well as slowing down the bacterial decomposition process of sweat

3. Ditch synthetic fabrics
Polyester in particular. It’s a breeding ground for bacteria. Choose breathable natural fibers like cotton.
Ideally, wear as few clothes as possible

“But Noah, why live a natural & healthy lifestyle when I can just buy old spice at my local Target?”
I’m glad you asked, anon.
Store-bought antiperspirant is moronic

Humans evolved to sweat for a reason. It’s how we thermoregulate & eliminate toxins. You’re actively inhibiting this process because you want to smell like wolf thorn?
Not only are you blocking seat ducts, you’re blocking them with aluminum. Moronic!
Lymphatic system aside, aluminum exposure has been linked to conditions like breast cancer & Alzheimer’s, and even autism. I’d rather smell a little musty

If you’re really wanting to cool it on the pit sweat, here’s a few natural options:
Magnesium Chloride & Lime juice: It works great, deodorizes & reduces perspiration

Coconut oil:
Coconut oil is antimicrobial but also minorly comedogenic. It’ll clog your sweat ducts (in a non-toxic manner) while also killing off bad bacteria

Baking soda:
sodium bicarbonate is alkaline & can neutralize odor-causing acids on the skin. It also absorbs some of that excess sweat. Mix it into a paste & dab a bit on the pits

If you’re looking for a pre-made natural option, I recommend VanMan’s Coconut Magnesium Deodorant

Body odor is influenced in part by pheromones. The more you can remove toxins & contaminants causing unnecessary stench, the more you can let those pheromones communicate.
Same logic applies to cologne. Use natural oils & aromas, avoid synthetics. I've been rocking solscents with great success
